Hi! I’m Beth…

Welcome to our wild world of witchy, secular, nature-inspired homeschooling! We’re excited to share our adventures, resources and inspiration with you. I remember when we started on this journey in 2016 and I had SO MANY QUESTIONS, everything felt overwhelming, and honestly, some days it still does.

At the end of 2019, I started this blog to share our favorite projects, secular homeschool “Lesson Guides”, worksheets and crafts I have been making along the way.

I realized early on that finding secular curriculum can be a challenge and often trying to determine if something is secular or rooted in religion (or funding a hateful agenda like HSLDA!) can be extra tricky. Here, you will find only 100% researched, truly secular, progressive, inclusive, resources and content.

​I’ve lived in Southern California since I was 5 years old and married my best friend in 2007. We have two amazing kiddos, two pups and since we spent so much time at home in 2020- a lot more houseplants than we used to. In spring 2023 we added chickens to our family and we’ve been having an amazing time learning about them while they grow!

We spend lots of time exploring in nature, getting creative, cooking and being super curious. I’m so excited to share our discoveries and stories with you!
